The Putnam County Republican Party wants to keep you informed. on the May 24 Primary Election Ballot , the PCRP Placed a question .
"SHOULD RESIDENTS WHO ARE &) < BE EXEMPT FROM PUTNAM COUNTY SCHOOL TAX".
Thanks to the citizens , there was a 92% YES,
After much work and research by the PCRP, it appears that the only way we will be successful is if we are able to have that question placed on the November 2024 General Ballot as an
BINDING REFFRUM QUESTION
We will then let the citizens answer the question.
To be successful it will require the Putnam Co. BOE and our elected officials to help support it.
This is where the public must help by letting each member o the Putnam County BOE as our elected officials know that you support this agenda..
This issue effects our Seniors citizens even more so,
With most on a fixed or greatly reduced income, many are having to choose between food and medication. And with the current rate of inflation at a 50 year high of 10% or higher, it only compounds the problem.
The Putnam County Republican Party will stand firm on this issue, But it will require our community support.
